About Me:
Hello Parents and Students,
My name is Mrs. Graddy. I am excited about being your fourth grade teacher this year. Before coming to Arrowhead, I worked at Terramar Academy of the Arts, also teaching fourth grade. I graduated from Grand Canyon University in December 2020 with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I also have an Associates Degree from Brigham Young University, Idaho. Prior to teaching, I spent 5 years as a Paraprofessional, and 2 years as a Registered Behavior Technician, working with children on the autism spectrum.
I grew up in Yuma, Arizona, and have lived in the Phoenix area for 6 years. Due to being a military spouse for much of my adult life, I have also had the privilege of living in locations such as Alabama, Alaska, and Hawaii, and have enjoyed the diversity and culture that those experiences brought to my life. I have 2 girls and a boy, ages 24, 21, and 16. In my spare time, I love to hike, travel, read, bake, exercise, and spend time with my family. I love the beach, paddle boarding, chocolate, and my cat Kai. I also love the Arizona Diamondbacks, and San Francisco Giants! I look forward to working with you all this year as we experience another year of excellent learning together!
